Tomer Bar-Meir
CEO
Mr. Bar-Meir has over 18 years of experience in the gluten-free food industry. He joined Eshbal after the merger with Bar-El Gluten-Free Bakery in 2016, served as CEO for six years, and now leads North American operations. He holds a B.A. in Marketing & Finance from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Ruppin Academic College.

Gadi Levin
CFO
Mr. Levin brings 20 years of financial leadership with public companies in Canada, the US, and Israel. He previously served as VP Finance and CFO at two Israeli investment houses. He holds a B.Com. from the University of Cape Town, a postgraduate diploma in Accounting, and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Avi Markus
CCO
Mr. Markus has 25+ years in CPG and better-for-you brands. He was SVP, North America – Retail at Else Nutrition, co-founded Nourishtea and BEON Energems, and previously held senior marketing roles at Unilever Canada and Shoppers Drug Mart. Based in Toronto, Canada, he holds an MBA and leads Eshbal’s North American retail expansion.

Anat Shuhami
Investor Communications
Ms. Shuhami is a lawyer and mediator with deep expertise in strategy, investor relations, and business development. She has led companies through fundraising, growth strategies, and scalable execution. Based in Israel, she holds an LL.B. and heads Eshbal’s global investor relations.

Yuval Levy
DIRECTOR
Mr. Levy, through Noki I.P. Ltd., is the major shareholder of Eshbal. He has acquired Heintz Remedia Baby Food, Arava Tea, and Taami Baby Food, and founded Adama China. From 1991 to 2005, he served as Senior EVP at Frutarom and GM of its Global Flavors Division, where he led international business development and M&A. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in International Marketing from F.I.T. New York.

Dave Eto
DIRECTOR
Mr. Eto holds a Bachelor of Agriculture from the University of British Columbia and brings 35 years of experience in private and public companies. He specializes in bakery, fresh and frozen foods, and cannabis, with a track record of launching startups and active angel investing. He currently serves as President of Qumai SA and as a Board Director at Free Point Technologies.

Sokhie Puar

Mr. Puar has 30 years of public market experience, working in health, wellness, mining, technology, and clean energy sectors He is the lead director and former CEO of Else Nutrition Holdings Inc and a board member of Adcore Inc He holds diplomas in Mechanical Engineering Technology and Business Administration from BCIT and serves as Vice Chair of Southpointe Academy s Board of Governors.

Tamir Dagan

Mr. Dagan, through Shiran Representatives 2008 Ltd., is a holder of Eshbal. With over 30 years of experience in the food and related industries, he is the owner and CEO of Shiran Representatives 2008 Ltd., specializing in international trade of raw materials and representation of global companies.

David Bar Meir
DIRECTOR
Mr. Meir, through LD Bar El Ltd., is a stakeholder in Eshbal. He managed The Original Pancake House in Israel for nearly 30 years before founding LD Bar El Ltd. in 2003, launching high-quality gluten-free baked goods and establishing Bar El Bakery as a market leader. In 2016, he merged the bakery with Eshbal, becoming a part-owner and serving in various management roles, including director.

Ifti Ifhar
DIRECTOR
Mr. Ifhar is an experienced CEO, CFO, and Head of M&A with deep strategic, financial, and operational expertise. He has led companies from startups to global corporations and brings extensive experience in international M&A. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics and an Executive MBA from the Recanati Business School, Tel Aviv University.

Nancy Goertzen
